How do I know if I’m eligible?

Any Boost customer with a monthly plan who has made at least 12 consecutive on-time payments and is not enrolled in the Premier Grace Period program is eligible for BoostUP! Please note that you also must not currently have an unpaid debt with Sprint.

Where can I purchase a BoostUP! phone?

If you are eligible, you can purchase a BoostUP! eligible phone by signing into My Account. In the My Device Section, you will see ‘You are eligible for BoostUP! Installment Billing’. Click on the Start Shopping link or visit any participating Boost retailer.

Do I have to sign anything?

Yes, you will sign an Installment Billing Agreement that allows you to pay for the phone with monthly payments.

What if I want a new phone before I’ve made all my payments?

The phone must be paid for in full to complete the agreement and close the loan. If you would like to purchase a new phone, you can pay for the new phone in full at the time of purchase and continue to make the payments for the original phone. Or, you can pay the remaining balance of the original phone, then begin a new BoostUP! agreement for the new phone if you meet the eligibility requirements.

Can I use BoostUP! if I’m part of a Family Plan?

Yes, qualified Family Plan primary line customers can take advantage of BoostUP!, however secondary lines cannot.
